Dear Ed,

I would like to thank you for the wonderful Spanish classes you constructed and instructed for our construction staff and myself. Each and every participant enjoyed the classes and felt that they were useful in the day to day tasks they handle on the jobsite. The classes were informative, interesting and taught us that learning a foreign language can be fun and useful in the production of our homes.

As you know, all of the Superintendents work daily with Spanish speaking employees and subcontractors. The employees have been excited and pleased that the company felt they were important enough to our team to take time out of very hectic days and learn enough of their language to make their work easier and the employee much more productive. They have all now attempted to learn more English as well as help the construction staff with their new language skills.

The time that you took to go to the field and learn what the Spanish speaking workers needed us to learn as well as the meetings we had prior to the sessions to start the list of words and phrases needed to make our jobs more productive is indignative of the high standards you have set for your company and the classes you teach.
