I am introducing to you Ed Gumucio of Hablemos. I know Ed and his company through the Southern Business Council, which is part of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. Ed also taught conversational Spanish classes for Southern Hills employees. After completing the class our employees were empowered to use conversational Spanish in order to assist our Spanish patients.

The class is structured so that everyone is able to learn and be comfortable in the learning environment. Ed took the time to obtain information from our facility in order to teach the correct phrases and statements to meet the needs of Spanish patients. He taught more than just medical terms to the students, he taught our employees a way of communication that also ensured quality care for our patients. Students after completing the class were able to see an immediate improvement in communication with our patients.
